Fulfillment & Production
All Tikvah orders are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted print‑on‑demand partner, Tapstitch. Once you place an order, Tapstitch handles printing, packing, and preparing your item for shipment. Production and fulfillment times can vary depending on order, volume, and season. Typically, orders are processed within a few business days after purchase.
Shipping Timeframes
Tapstitch ships both domestically and internationally. While exact delivery times vary by destination and carrier, most domestic shipments are delivered in 1-2 weeks after fulfillment, and international shipments may take longer due to customs and local postal timelines. These estimates are not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or customs processing.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey. If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of the shipping date, please contact us with your order number so we can help investigate with Tapstitch.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, the size and weight of your order, and the delivery option you select.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, additional customs duties, import fees, or taxes may be required by your country. These charges are not included in your checkout total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address, email, and phone number are correct at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect contact information, additional fees may apply for re‑delivery or reshipment. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Deliveries
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will assist with the claims process through Tapstitch. For lost or significantly delayed orders, we will work with Tapstitch to help you with replacement or refund options when the policies allow.
